A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he has a distinguished career spanning over 35 years in Engineering, Project Management, and Technical Services in the Fertilizer and Petrochemical sectors. His career includes associations with major companies such as PDIL and Nagarjuna Fertilizers in India, as well as SABIC, Qatar Petroleum, and Akakus Oil in the MENA region.
P. C. Jain - Director - Operations
A postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering, he joined ICONS in 2014 with 40 years of experience in both public and private sector companies. His career began as a design engineer and eventually culminated in his role as Project Director at the Tata Group. Throughout his career, he worked with companies such as PDIL, NFCL, MCFL, Tata Chemicals, and Tata Projects. He has served as the head of engineering, maintenance, projects, and operations, and has handled both brownfield and greenfield projects as a Project Manager.
S Bhasker Kumar - Vice President - Operations
A postgraduate in Chemical Engineering and has over 37 years of experience in the fertilizer industry. He has excelled in plant operation, troubleshooting, and general management, and has been closely involved in the construction and commissioning of several major projects. Throughout his career, he has overseen the safe and efficient operation of ammonia, urea, and utilities plants, and has been a key member of committees for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and the British Safety Council’s safety and sustainability systems. His extensive expertise in plant safety, continuous improvement programs, and large-scale project management has significantly contributed to his success. Throughout his career, he has overseen the safe and efficient operation of ammonia, urea & utilities plants, and has been a key member of committees on Safety, Quality, HR and sustainability systems.
