Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience Level: 4-6 years

Overview: We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our projects, leveraging your expertise in Primavera and MS-Access. With a qualification in B.E (Mechanical) and 4-6 years of experience in project engineering, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expertise in Primavera to assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Support the project team in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
3. Utilize MS-Access to organize, analyze, and report project data and information.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.
5. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement necessary corrective actions.
6. Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.
7. Prepare regular reports and updates on project status, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.
8. Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
9. Assist in the procurement process by preparing specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and coordinating with suppliers.
10. Support the project team in resolving technical issues and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.
11. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
2. 4-6 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in a related industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera for project planning and scheduling.
4. Strong knowledge of MS-Access for data management and reporting.
5. Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
10. Adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
11. Proactive mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
