Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our mechanical projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, utilizing your project management skills and expertise in Primavera software. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the overall project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
2. Utilize your expertise in project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, utilizing Primavera software to create comprehensive project plans and track progress.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration and collaboration.
5. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
6. Ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and applicable industry standards.
7. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report project status to stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
8. Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
9. Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
10. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, promoting their professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
11. Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer/ Technology (B.E/B.Tech.).
2. Extensive experience in project management, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
3. Proficiency in Primavera software for project scheduling and management.
4. Proficiency in MS Office for daily tasks.
5. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
6. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
7. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
8. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges.
10. Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
11. Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are preferred but not mandatory.
12. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
