(Mechanical Engineering) Experience: 5 to 8 years in Industry experience (Fertilizer/Petrochemical/oil and gas plants) Knowledge and Hand on experience in Caesar II. Knowledge in 3D model review tools such as SPR and Navisworks and AutoCAD is an added advantage. Should have hands-on experience in Piping stress activities in Oil & Gas industries. Capable of modelling and doing stress analysis using Caesar software. Conduct pipe stress engineering of piping systems as per ASME, ANSI B31.1, B31.3 code needs using Caesar II software program. Carrying out various piping activities and preparation of deliverables as identified in the Functional Competencies as necessary on assigned project. Evaluate Stress, Displacement, Forces, and moments on restraints for support design and Evaluate piping loads within allowable nozzle loads. Select proper springs for necessary support. Data sheet preparation for Expansion joints, spring hanger data sheet and updating the Pipe support standards. Preparation of pipe thickness calculation, RF pad calculation, Forces and Moments calculation, Flange leakage calculations etc. Understanding the piping system behavior and recommend the optimized designs. Interact frequently with various engineering disciplines and departments. Develop detailed requisitions for pipe stress equipment s and materials. Vendor drawing review and provide observations.
