Overview: We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting project execution, leveraging your expertise in Primavera and MS-Access. With a qualification in B.E (Mechanical) and 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, you will contribute to the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your knowledge of Primavera to support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
2. Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
3. Utilize MS-Access to organize, analyze, and report project data and information.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities.
5. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and identify any deviations from the plan.
6. Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, specifications, and drawings.
7. Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and risks.
8. Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
9. Support the procurement process by assisting in preparing specifications, evaluating vendor proposals, and coordinating with suppliers.
10. Assist in resolving technical issues and ensuring the timely delivery of project deliverables.
11. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
2. 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in a related field.
3. Proficiency in Primavera for project planning and scheduling.
4. Familiarity with MS-Access for data management and reporting.
5. Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and under tight deadlines.
10. Adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
