Qualification: B.E/B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineer)

Experience Level: 3-6 years

Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated QC Engineer to join our team. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control and compliance with established standards and specifications. With a qualification in B.E (Mechanical) and 3-6 years of experience, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards across our projects and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expertise in MS-Office to document and analyze quality control data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify quality requirements and develop quality control plans.
5. Conduct audits and reviews to assess compliance with quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
6. Review and approve quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
7. Monitor project activities to identify and resolve any quality issues or deviations from established standards.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality control requirements.
9. Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding quality control procedures and best practices.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records, reports, and documentation.
11. Participate in project meetings and communicate quality-related information to stakeholders.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality control practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).
2. 3-6 years of experience in quality control engineering or a related role.
3. Proficiency in MS-Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
5. Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to mechanical engineering.
6. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to conduct inspections, tests, and audits, and interpret quality control data.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving quality issues.
10. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools for quality control.
11. Adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
